If there’s anything TheBeerLady likes as much as a good cocktail, it’s probably chocolate. Or maybe coffee.  Better yet, why not combine all of the above? That was the goal when as part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program, I received samples of two offerings from Godiva Coffee: French Vanilla and Chocolate Truffle.

I love my job sometimes.

To get right to the point, they’re both heavenly. The coffee is smooth and mellow, and the flavors are rich and absolutely decadent. Forget about having this coffee with your dessert – have it for your dessert.

Godiva Grand Marnier Mocha Frappe

  • 4 oz. Godiva Chocolate Truffle coffee, cooled to room temperature
  • 2 oz. French vanilla flavored liquid nondairy creamer
  • 1 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Brew Godiva Chocolate Truffle Coffee. Allow brewed coffee to cool to room temperature.
  2. Measure all ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
